We want you to be confident buying a template you may have previewed but not fully used. If an Oakline template isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email hello@oakline.health from the address you purchased with, include your order number, and tell us briefly what didn't work. We'll process eligible refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days (timing depends on your bank or card issuer).

Reasonable exceptions

Because templates are digital files delivered instantly, we may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, downloading the full template set under All-Access and immediately requesting a refund, or evidence the files have been redistributed. These cases are rare; we aim to be fair.

Semi-Custom projects

Done-for-you Semi-Custom engagements involve scheduled work and are not covered by the automatic 14-day guarantee once work has begun. Refund and cancellation terms for those projects are agreed in the project scope.
